To make every visit smooth, safe, and stress-free, here’s what you need to know:

A credit card is required to hold all appointments—online, in person, by phone, or with any promotion. Your card will only be charged after your service or in the case of a late cancellation/no-show.

Please give 36 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full service. Booking an appointment means you agree to this policy.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. Running late? Let me know! I allow a 10-minute grace period; after 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and charged in full.

Extension appointments require cash payment at booking to secure your hair and appointment. Due to sanitation guidelines, services and hair purchases are final sale.

I use and recommend professional products for your hair and at-home care. Following these recommendations ensures the best results. I cannot guarantee outcomes if care instructions are not followed.
