A credit card is required to hold appointment times- whether appointment is made online, in person, Groupon, coupon or via telephone . Your card will not be charged until after your service has been completed or in the case of a late cancellation/no-show. No Exceptions
Cancellations and No Shows
If less than 24 hour notice is not given, a 50% cancellation fee is charged. No-shows with no communication, are considered service rendered and charged 75% of of service quoted or online menu item booked. Booking any appointment online or via text, phone call or email, constitutes understanding and adhering to this policy. This includes all appointments no matter if made via online, in person, verbal. No Exceptions.
On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you are going to be late, please let me know ASAP. I offer a 10-minute grace period on all appointments. Unless you have received prior approval, your appointment will be canceled at the 15-minute mark, and you will be charged in full for your scheduled service.
All Hair Extension Appointments Require payment in cash to secure appointment time and purchase of hair. Due to professional sanitation guidelines, services and hair purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
I stand behind all my color services, with the understanding that I work under the premise of "Professional Recommendation". This means I will do and work with professional products and recommend professional product for you to use at home to care for and maintain your hair. If you do not use what is suggested , prescribed or directed for care to maintain your color, and or extensions, in a professional way, I cannot guarantee your color or extensions or be responsible for undesirable results that may occur at home.
Returns on Retail Items and Services
For Health and Sanitation in accoradance Texas sanitation laws there are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS. All Retail Sales are Final. No refunds on services.

COVID-19 SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICIES
At AtomicApril Hair Studio, I take hygiene and safety very seriously. I follow occupational health and safety regulations every day - regardless of the season or sickness.
PLEASE: If you are feeling unwell, or have come into contact with anyone who has not felt well, please stay home. Anyone exhibiting obvious signs of illness (fever, coughing, shortness of breath, etc), will be asked to leave immediately and will need to reschedule their appointment. The safety and well-being of others is my top priority.
Please arrive at your appointment 10-15min early to allow for new safety protocols.
If you are getting a dry service, please make sure your hair is clean, dry, is worn down.
Please leave all personal belongings that you cannot carry on your person in your vehicle.
Please bring a mask with ear loops to wear to your appointment. If you do not have your own mask, masks will be available for you as a courtesy. If you are not able or willing to wear a mask to your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment for a later date when wearing a mask is optional. No exceptions.
Upon entering the salon, all persons must immediately wash their hands. Hand sanitizer is available in my studio, if needed during your services and there is always time for a bathroom break for hand washing or otherwise.
In the interest of fewer people and more physical distance and space, I am not allowing additional guests to tag along to your appointments at this time.

I go above and beyond all of the mandatory sanitation and health guidelines set forth by the CDC and TDLR.
I require all persons to pass screening criteria( see below)
I diligently wash hands, sanitize, and disinfect all tools, towels, smocks, and surface areas with proper disinfectants after each client.
I requiring all persons to wear a mask over their nose and mouth while inside the studio.
We are asking clients to monitor their body temperature and indicate on their intake form that their body temp is below 99F. Temperature will be taken before time of service.
Clients will be kindly be asked to reschedule their appointment if the following applies:
Has experienced symptoms that of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough, or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days.
You or any member(s) of your household been diagnosed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19 virus within the last 14 days.
Has had close contact (without Personal Protective Equipment) with person(s) who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
